The new Italian Novital food drying system from Ascott carries out the function the sun usually does in Mediterranean areas, drying mushrooms, fruit, vegetables, pasta, herbs and any other food without being influenced by weather conditions. The special twin setting heating and air circulation system (a powerful fan makes the hot air circulate in each of the 5 drawers) removes the moisture out of the food, leaving its nutritional properties, natural aroma and taste. Each drawer will hold 750 grams of fruit or up to 500 grams of vegetables 350 mm wide x 350 mm deep x 350 mm high 220/230 Volts - 50 Hz- 1100 watts
