Description

Freeze dried concentrated lactic starter with added microbial vegetarian rennet for the direct inoculation of milk.

Directions for Use
Add the total contents of the pot to warm whole milk at 28C to 30C.

Storage
12 months at < 4'C. Check best before dates on the base of the pot.

FERMENTA meets the requirements of the soil association and vegetarian society and allows organic, vegetarian cheese to be produced.
